New York Strip....Seasoned
Here we have a New York Strip steak, thick and seasoned, First with worcestershire, Angostura araomatic bitters, fresh garlic, black pepper, kosher salt and that's it!!! BBQ sauce(optional) at the end, and ONLY at the end.
